Dr Moritz has many years of experience in advising and accompanying middle and top executives from various branches like health, automotive, raw material, start ups, insurances, f.ex. Moritz is consulting on behalf of Inscape International (Cologne) and is co-designing the Leadership-Dialogues at the International Psychoanalytic University (IPU) in Berlin.

Moritz received trainings as a management consultant in England at the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations (TIHR) and at Analytic Network Coaching (ANC) as well as in Germany at the European School of Management and Technology Berlin (ESMT), the Institute for Psychodynamic Organizational Consulting Munich (IPOM) or at In-Stability in Hanover.

Moritz chaired the Planning Committee of the ISPSO's 37th Annual Meeting Berlin online conference. He is a regular staff member at conferences such as for the Deutsche Psychoanalytische Gesellschaft (DPG), the inscape experience, or the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Pastoralpsychologie (DGfP).
